- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We ship from British Columbia, Canada. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Typical delivery estimates:
- British Columbia & Alberta: 2–5 business days
- Rest of Canada: 3–10 business days
- USA: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs)

Free Shipping
We’re pleased to offer free shipping on Canadian orders over $75 (before tax).
This will automatically apply at checkout.
Local Pickup (if offered)
We offer free local pickup in British Columbia by appointment. Choose “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll contact you to arrange a convenient time.

Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships. You can check your delivery status anytime.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees
- Canadian orders: No customs fees.
- US and International orders: Your country may charge import duties or taxes. AloeFerox.ca is not responsible for these additional costs.
Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement/refund if eligible.
