Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on unopened, unused, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Products must be in their original packaging and resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Items Not Eligible for Return
For reasons of safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened or used products
- Items not in original packaging
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective or damaged)
How to Request a Return

- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- We’ll provide instructions and a return authorization if your request is approved.
- Ship your return to the address we provide. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Please note: Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- We’ll email you to confirm when your refund has been issued.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
Exchanges
We’re happy to replace items that are defective, damaged, or sent in error. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet shipped can usually be cancelled and fully refunded. Once shipped, the standard returns process applies.
